The Champagne Saber project has re-designed an instrument in a modern key using, in addition to steel, green materials:

he handle is in recyclable material and the pedestal is obtained using the caps of the demijohns.

The knurling between the handle and the blade improves the grip and serves to break the paper that covers the cap / neck of the bottles.
