GOURMET is our steak folding knife, light and elegant, with a refined, simple and functional design.
The MINI-GOURMET is made in the same way, with the same attention, with the same quality materials – and some new features – but it is smaller.
We wanted to propose, with new colors and new handle/blade combinations, a “must have” to display in the restaurant, but not only.
The differences?
– Gourmet is 220 mm long, the Mini-Gourmet 180 mm
– Gourmet has a 100 mm long blade, the Mini-Gourmet 80 mm
