The knife’s design is an original, the blade is reminiscent of the tradtional grafting knives of Maniago.

In – Estro is made looking to the past but with modern design and materials. Thanks to its steel E.D.C. clip, the knife is very light practical, and easy to transport. For the blade we have used D 2 carbon steel, and for the handles we have used anodised aluminium with onlays of wood, micarta, and G10 resin.

We’ve began our collaboration of sporting knives with designer and graphics specialist Alessandro Olivetto, alias Bonus, who lives in Maniago.
